Other Skills	Must be ranked at the top of your class with regards to problem solving and quantitative skills. Must have an extremely high level of maturity and ability to multi-task with little supervision. Must have superb written and oral communication skills for presenting an investment thesis to group. Must have a top academic background (both undergraduate school and GPA).
Job Function	Your responsibilities will include evaluating and transacting on private equity investment opportunities in the secondary market.  This will include evaluating limited partnership interests in venture, buyout and mezzanine private equity funds, as well as portfolios of direct company interests.  The principal functions include investment analysis, due diligence, investment recommendation, negotiation and coordination of the legal documentation process, and investment monitoring.  Specifically, you will be responsible for detailed partnership and company modeling, as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis of managers, company capital structures, and relevant industries.  Given the small nature of individual deal teams, you will play an integral role in determining price and communicating with others, both inside and outside the firm.  You will also be expected to help lead smaller transactions, while working closely with senior investment professionals in larger transactions.
