Experience	2-3 years of bulge-bracket investment banking or top-tier consulting experience.
Other Skills	Must be ranked at the top of your class with regards to problem solving and quantitative skills. Must have an extremely high level of maturity and ability to multi-task with little supervision. Must have superb written and oral communication skills for presenting an investment thesis to group. Must have a top academic background (both undergraduate school and GPA).
Job Function	Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive analysis on potential and existing primary partnership investment opportunities.  This will include reviewing offering memoranda for new funds coming to market, conducting due diligence meetings with buyout, distressed debt, mezzanine, and venture capital managers, performing reference checks with portfolio company executives, working extensively with financial models, and evaluating overall partnership performance by examining underlying portfolio investments.  In addition, you will be responsible for supporting limited partners through involvement in annual reporting, annual meetings, and responding to client requests for information. As part of this you will play an integral role in monitoring the firm's investments in a broad variety of private equity fund managers.  Specific responsibilities will include regular interaction with fund managers and attendance at the annual meetings of various private equity firms.  Finally, your responsibilities will include providing overall support to the group, as necessary.
