| Job Function | Your responsibilities will include performing comprehensive analysis on potential and existing primary partnership investment opportunities. This will include reviewing offering memoranda for new funds coming to market, conducting due diligence meetings with buyout, distressed debt, mezzanine, and venture capital managers, performing reference checks with portfolio company executives, working extensively with financial models, and evaluating overall partnership performance by examining underlying portfolio investments. In addition, you will be responsible for supporting limited partners through involvement in annual reporting, annual meetings, and responding to client requests for information. As part of this you will play an integral role in monitoring the firm's investments in a broad variety of private equity fund managers. Specific responsibilities will include regular interaction with fund managers and attendance at the annual meetings of various private equity firms. Finally, your responsibilities will include providing overall support to the group, as necessary. |
