Experience	1-3 years of investment banking, equity research, consulting, or transaction services experience
Other Skills	Word, Excel, Powerpoint. Additional: foreign European language Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Must have excellent problem solving and analytical skills and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Must also possess strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting an investment thesis to group. Must have a top academic background.
Job Function	The principle function is investment monitoring and investment analysis. Investment monitoring will include collecting and analyzing financial reports of our existing investments, the compilation of semi-annual summaries on each investment, and any ad-hoc analysis required relating to internal or client requests on the portfolio. Investment analysis will include the due diligence of new investments, modeling of the projected returns, the production of memos and related analysis aiding the Direct Group in determining an investment recommendation, and the closing of new investments. The role will require similar investment analysis of potential investments considered by existing portfolio companies.
