Matt Miller joined HarbourVest's secondary investment team as an associate in 2009. He focuses on analyzing, structuring, and monitoring portfolios of direct investments, structured transactions, and other secondary private equity opportunities.
Matt joined the Firm from Wachovia Securities in New York, where he was an investment banking analyst in the Technology, Media & Telecom Corporate Finance group, focusing on mergers and acquisitions and corporate financings.
He received a BS in Business Administration (with high distinction) from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado in 2006.
