Jackie Zider joined HarbourVest’s direct investment group as an associate in 2009 and became a senior associate in 2011. Jackie sources, reviews, executes, and monitors direct investments. Since joining HarbourVest, Jackie has played a key role in the completion of many new investments, including CareCentrix, Nexidia, and York. Additionally, she has been actively involved with monitoring and advising several direct portfolio companies including Acclaris, Mimeo, PJ Trailers, and Xpressdocs.
Jackie joined the Firm from Morgan Stanley, where she was an investment banking analyst in the Global Power & Utility Group in New York and the Corporate Finance Group in San Francisco. At Morgan Stanley, she focused on mergers, acquisitions and equity and debt financings.
She received an A.B. in Molecular Biology from Princeton in 2006.
