Susan Meng joined HarbourVest's secondary investment team as an associate in 2008. She focuses on analyzing, structuring, and monitoring portfolios of direct investments, structured transactions, and other secondary private equity opportunities.
Susan joined the Firm from Jefferies & Company in New York, where she was an investment banking analyst in the Technology Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Her responsibilities included executing M&A transactions, conducting due diligence, and performing company valuations.
She received an A.B. in Economics and a Certificate of Finance from Princeton University in 2006.
