Andrew Hopkins joined HarbourVest in 2018 and is responsible for the firm’s external communications and media relations.
Andrew joined the Firm from State Street, where he was a vice president responsible for developing and executing the public relations strategy for State Street Global Advisors, the firm’s asset management business. Prior to State Street, Andrew worked as a political consultant, where he managed dozens of candidate and issue campaigns across the US.
Andrew received a Master of Arts, Political Management and Bachelor of Arts, English from The George Washington University.
