About Ryan
Ryan Gunther joined HarbourVest in 2004. He focuses on buyout, venture capital, and credit partnership investments in the US and emerging markets. He is a member of the Global Primary Investment Committee and serves on the advisory boards of several private equity partnerships. In addition, he is a member of the Philanthropic Board of Advisors for Boston Children’s Hospital.
His prior experience includes three years with Market Metrics, a Boston-based strategy consulting firm that advises senior management at leading asset management and insurance companies.
Ryan graduated from Williams College with a BA in Economics and earned an MBA from Columbia Business School.
