The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to three marketing individuals, the Head of Communications, the Head of Content, and the Head of Client Service, within the Investor Relations team. As part of the marketing and client service team, support will include basic administrative duties including answering phones, organizing travel arrangements, and schedule management. The Administrative Assistant will be an integral resource in preparation for and coordination of meetings as well as supporting overall marketing and client service efforts and assisting with logistics for corporate events as needed. Additional responsibilities will be commensurate with experience and skill level.
Additional skills required include Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Microsoft Outlook.
