Application Support Analyst
The Application Support Analyst will collaborate with business analysts and quality assurance teams to assist in triaging Level 3 production support issues. He/she will analyze business requirements to determine the best approach for configuration design, testing, and implementation. He/she will also ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues related to production applications, foster best practices throughout the development life cycle, and perform other duties as assigned by Management.
BS/BA or equivalent
