Client Onboarding Manager



Job Description

HarbourVest is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to manage the fund closing and separately managed account onboarding processes by coordinating individual efforts across the firm and being accountable for driving success as measured by key process indicators. This person will work closely with client relations, investment, legal, compliance, tax, treasury, accounting, custom solutions, and marketing to bring all parties together to create an optimal and efficient process and client experience. The Client Onboarding Manager will also work on special projects that will positively impact the way our clients and their advisors view the HarbourVest platform, as well as work on other strategic initiatives. Additional skills should include project and relationship management as well as demonstrated communication and leadership skills. The Client Onboarding Manager will be responsible for managing one Onboarding Specialist.


BS/BA or equivalent


5+ years experience in institutional, financial sales and service, preferably in private equity
