Digital Marketing Automation Coordinator



Job Description

The Digital Marketing Automation Coordinator will be a member of the marketing and client communications group within HarbourVest’s client relations team. This team manages marketing and communications activities for HarbourVest’s private markets products and solutions. The principle function of the Digital Marketing Automation Coordinator is to assist in the development and management of all aspects of digital marketing with an aim at driving and managing marketing automation practices and processes, including planning, implementation, and execution across HarbourVest digital marketing channels. He/she will be responsible for supporting online marketing initiatives and strategy and execution of email campaigns. Additionally, this role will be responsible for creating digital campaigns aimed at cross-sell campaigns to potentially increase/generate sales opportunities through online digital marketing campaigns with key contacts and clients. The Digital Marketing Automation Coordination will also generate and implement strategies to optimize our proprietary digital channels, including SEO management. Additional skills required include WordPress and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


BS/BA or equivalent


3-5 years marketing experience with 1-3 years experience with digital marketing automation and search engine optimization
