Executive Assistant, Credit



Job Description

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive support to two Managing Directors by performing a broad range of administrative tasks including meeting support, travel support, internal team support, evaluation support, and portfolio monitoring support. He/she will also coordinate and assist with client onsite visits. The Executive Assistant must have the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize. Additional skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).


BS/BA or equivalent


5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in Financial Services
