Human Resources Assistant
The Human Resources Assistant will assist the Human Resources team in coordinating and administering a variety of Human Resources activities. He/she will focus on assisting with the coordination of global recruitment activities including but not limited to: managing job postings, resume routing, initial phone interviews, administering pre-employment checks, and conducting reference checks. He/she will also provide generalist administrative support across all HR functions including support in payroll and benefits. Additional skills should include Microsoft Word, Excel, HRIS, and calendar management. Payroll systems experience preferred.
BS/BA or equivalent
