Investor Relations Coordinator



Job Description

The principal function of the Investor Relations Coordinator is to support the Investor Relations team via management support and enhancement of client, prospect, and investment consultant relationships. The Investor Relations Coordinator ensures the client and consultant communities are well informed of HarbourVest’s key messages and current initiatives by the organization of meetings (including some attendance), periodic production of consultant-focused updates for broad external distribution, and punctual, accurate, and informative responses to inbound client and consultant requests. Additional functions include tracking and monitoring the fundraising process, as well as creating, editing, and updating data across HarbourVest’s marketing communications efforts. The Investor Relations Coordinator is an identified resource to clients and consultants working with HarbourVest. He/she will also act as back up to the Executive Assistant providing backup administrative support to the Investor Relations team as needed.

Additional skills should include experience servicing institutional clients and investment consultants, fielding inquiries, project management, and strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


BS/BA or equivalent
