IT Project Manager



Job Description

The IT Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of multiple projects within the HarbourVest Technology Program and is part of the Transformation Program Office (TPO). The Project Manager will be responsible for driving the full lifecycle of project delivery, from requirements definition through implementation and roll out, working with a cross-functional team of business and technical resources. The Project Manager will be ultimately accountable for the success of the project and work closely with the business clients of the project to ensure objectives are delivered as expected. The Project Manager may also be accountable for other business or process efforts that have IT components.

Additional required skills: PMI Certification and Agile Scrum Master Certification as well as thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Six Sigma certification a plus; ADKAR change management certification a plus; Experience implementing HR Information Systems and Document Management platforms a plus.


BS/BA or equivalent in IT or related field


7+ years in IT Project Planning and Management Experience, Financial Services industry preferred
