Marketing Coordinator



Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be a member of the marketing and client communications group within HarbourVest’s client relations team. This team manages marketing and communications activities for all of HarbourVest’s private markets products and solutions. A primary function of this role is to support the preparation of client presentations, including the creation and maintenance of PowerPoint slides. This individual will work closely with other team members to ensure that materials are prepared on time, communicate key messages, and enhance HarbourVest’s image. He/she will also be responsible for maintenance of RFP content to be used in marketing communications efforts. Additional skills should include experience writing, editing, and proofreading as well as a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).


BS/BA or equivalent


2-3 years, Financial Services preferred
