Marketing Assistant – Investor Administration



Job Description

The principle function of the Marketing Assistant – Investor Administration is to manage HarbourVest’s information related to client relationships through its client databases (eFront and Salesforce), as well as to ensure new, existing, and potential client information database input is accurate and timely. The Marketing Assistant – Investor Administration will coordinate distribution notices, fund closing, and other client activity within the databases. This role involves working with internal clients at all levels of the organization as well as with external clients. Additional skills should include Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as database experience.


BS/BA or equivalent


3+ years' experience with specific experience in data entry and customer service. Financial experience preferred. Private equity experience a plus.
