The Marketing Coordinator will be a member of the marketing and client communications group within HarbourVest’s client relations team. This role will focus on product marketing with responsibilities such as developing product-specific materials (factsheets, offering memorandums, due diligence books, presentations) as well as Investor Relations support tools (talking points, letters, and FAQ). The Marketing Coordinator will also assist with developing content that provides clients with value added insights from the HarbourVest team and highlights HarbourVest capabilities and expertise across the private markets. This role will work closely with various functional teams (investment, marketing communications, investor relations, operations, and compliance). The ideal candidate will be able to “connect the dots” between client needs, market trends, and business goals to generate ideas and, ultimately, compelling content. Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), SalesForce, writing, communications, and editing.
BS/BA or equivalent
2-4 years in marketing with specific experience in project management. Experience with product development, content marketing, and writing preferred.Submit Resumé
