Marketing Coordinator, Presentations



Job Description

The Marketing Coordinator will be a member of the marketing and client communications group within HarbourVest’s investor relations team. The primary function of this role is to work alongside the London team and to also serve as a liaison with team members in other locations. This includes promoting HarbourVest through presentations to existing and potential clients, helping manage HarbourVest’s library of presentation content, ensure that presentations are prepared on time, communicate key messages, and support and enhance HarbourVest’s image. The Marketing Coordinator will translate concepts communicated by our marketing, investor relations, and investment teams into compelling presentations. To a lesser extent, this individual will also be responsible for assisting with customized presentations for industry conferences and HarbourVest-sponsored events (such as annual investor meetings).

Additional skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), editing, and proofreading. Fluency in a European language advantageous.


BS/BA or equivalent


3-5+ years, experience in financial and/or professional services with specific experience in presentation development, management, and execution
