Office Services Coordinator
The Office Services Coordinator will support the Office Manager with the Firm’s workplace operations. The Office Services Coordinator assists with facilities and equipment management, safety operations and procedures, and space planning and design. Additional responsibilities include oversight of hospitality services, corporate travel, and the outsourced business services vendor. He/she will possess exceptional customer service skills and demonstrate a proactive approach to operational standards, communication, safety, and cost management. Additional skills required include proficiency in Microsoft Office.
