Job Description

As a member of the Portfolio Analytics Group, the principle function of the Operations Assistant (OA) is to process capital call and distribution notices and financial statements and upload to the document storage system (Documentum portal). The Operations Assistant will also undertake a broad range of administrative tasks to support the Portfolio Analytics Group, while providing excellent customer service both internally and externally. Additional skills should include a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
