Human Resources Information System Platform Technical Lead



Job Description

The primary function of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Platform Technical Lead  is to work with the HR function, analysts, project managers, and senior leadership of the firm in the definition, design, development, and support of an HRIS platform. In addition to HRIS, the position may also be responsible for other Software as a service (SaaS) platforms. This role requires a consultative and solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to proactively influence the business. In addition, this role will combine a consulting background, product management leadership, and influencing skills in order to drive continuous functional and technical improvement while leveraging a packaged solution. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a positive, proactive attitude, enjoy working in a team environment, seek challenges, and understand how to establish trust with both the client and fellow team members.
