Private Equity Accountant
The Private Equity Accountant will maintain quarterly activity for all general ledger accounts, including reconciling, compiling, and analyzing partnership and direct co-investment financials and schedules. He/she will prepare capital account allocation schedules for all Partners, prepare Semi-Annual and Annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP as well as assisting various internal groups with the Semi-Annual and Annual reports, and assist auditors with the annual audit. The Private Equity Accountant will also help with processing and analyzing cash receipts and disbursements and preparing monthly reconciliations and reports. The position also includes assisting with special group projects on an as needed basis.
BS-Accounting or Finance, CPA preferred but not required
