Private Equity Controller
The Private Equity Controller is responsible for all aspects of financial accounting and reporting for a selection of funds and separately managed accounts. The Private Equity Controller is responsible for ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all data provided including external and internal reporting requirements. He/she will assist the firm in marketing efforts and meeting compliance requirements and will be responsible for managing a team and working efficiently and effectively within tight deadlines to provide best in class client service. The Private Equity Controller is involved in the Annual, Semi-Annual, and Quarterly Reporting process including overseeing the preparation and review of financial statements. He/she will also review valuations to ensure the fair market value principles are being applied.
