Sales Enablement Analyst
The Sales Enablement Analyst will be a member of the marketing and client communications group within HarbourVest’s Investor Relations team. The primary function of the Sales Enablement Analyst is to manage Seismic (sales content management system) and PMAPS (Request For Proposals (RFPs) content system) to support the sales enablement team. The sales enablement team produces responses to RFPs, Request for Information (RFI), and related documents including, but not limited to, consultant updates and due diligence questionnaires. The team also produces PowerPoint presentations on a global basis for external and internal use. The Sales Enablement Analyst will work closely with other team members as the technology lead to manage the systems, maximize usage, train teams, manage the enhancement roadmap, implement upgrades, and manage projects related to launches. He/she will ensure that Seismic and PMAPS are up to date and properly communicate key messages. He/she will also assist with creation and production of presentations and become a champion of the systems that the firm uses to enable new business.
Additional skills should include a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and particularly PowerPoint), proofreading and editing, strong time management and organizational skills, and direct experience working with compliance teams. Direct experience with Seismic and/or PMAPS a strong plus.
BS/BA or equivalent
3+ years' experience working with marketing content systems or sales content systems (SaaS software systems) in financial services. Investment management and/or private equity experience required.Submit Resumé
