Senior Associate – Client Relations



Job Description

The Senior Associate will be a cross-functional client servicing and sales support member of a growing team. This role is responsible for project management of new separate account business opportunities from pipeline stage to close; providing service support to existing clients including monitoring and addressing incoming client requests and coordination with internal teams as required; promoting and tracking a proactive separate account business development program; supporting the client relations team with content and analysis; managing separate account on-boarding and coordination with various internal teams; liaising with the separate account team globally; assisting in consultant coverage; and taking responsibility for the SalesForce process and coordination.

The Senior Associate should also have experience in project management, relationship management, communication skills, and separate account client service skills, as well as possess strong writing skills and strong numerical and modeling skills. Monte Carlo simulations are a plus.

  • CRM experience preferred
  • Language skills are advantageous (German and/or French)
  • ACA or equivalent advantegeous


BS/BA or equivalent, MBA preferred


5+ years of experience in institutional sales, financial sales and service, preferably in private equity
