Senior Business Analyst – Human Resources Information System
The primary function of the Senior Business Analyst for the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) will be to work with the HR function, analysts, project managers, and senior leadership of the firm in the definition, design, development, and support of an HRIS platform. In addition to HRIS, he/she may be responsible for other SaaS platforms. The Senior Business Analyst will act as an intermediary between the business community and the technical community working with IT project teams and business clients to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design (using appropriate tools and models) from which applications and solutions are developed. The Senior Business Analyst possesses demonstrated leadership qualities and is an active thought partner and application visionary who shapes the technology demand among the business community.
