Senior Human Resources Coordinator



Job Description

The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will have joint responsibility for processing the Boston-based bi-weekly payroll as well as maintenance of the Fidelity timekeeping system for 300+ employees. He/she will also maintain the HRIS and Halogen systems for 450+ employees globally. The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will provide general Human Resources support to all staff including payroll, benefit, and timekeeping inquiries. He/she will also provide primary support for all ad hoc report generation for the Human Resources team and Senior Leaders as requested. This positions is in close partnership with the Vice President, Performance & Rewards, and he/she will also work closely on the upcoming HRIS system upgrade and all associated reporting and implementation requirements. Additional skills should include strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills, knowledge of Payroll systems including Time and Attendance, and HRIS.


BS/BA or equivalent


2+ years Human Resources experience in payroll and HRIS required, compensation & benefits experience a plus
