User Support Specialist



Job Description

The User Support Specialist provides primary technical assistance and user support to all employees on issues regarding Windows 7, 8.1, and core business applications. He/she will maintain efficient and effective computing environments by maintaining consistency among all desktops. The User Support Specialist will provide assistance and advice on telephony technology and will oversee coordination and setup of video conference sessions. He/she will also troubleshoot and administer all blackberries and cell phones, as well as install and maintain antivirus/antispam solutions.


BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent field of academic study


4-8 years of experience working in an enterprise level technical support environment
