About Caroline

Caroline Hooft Graafland joined HarbourVest in 2023 as an investment specialist focused on HarbourVest’s evergreen solutions and works closely with both the investment and investor relations teams.

Prior to joining the Firm, Caroline spent four years in Dubai at Levant Capital, and Caroline was previously at Stonehage Fleming and Schroders in London.

Caroline received a BA in History from Bristol University and she holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
