About Kelley

Kelley King joined HarbourVest in 2022 and leads the development and execution of the Firm’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy. She is a transformational leader with extensive experience managing global, cross-functional initiatives and leading organizations through periods of change.

Her DE&I experience includes Fortune 500 board representation and seventeen years working in under-resourced communities addressing economic, housing, educational and social inequities. Kelley joined the Firm from Eightfold.ai where she was Head of Customer Education and Change Management. Her previous experience includes nearly 20 years at American Express, where she led multiple global HR transformation initiatives.

Kelley received a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania.
