Rich Campbell is Managing Director and Head of Enterprise Continuous Improvement at HarbourVest. With more than 25 years of experience leading enterprise transformation, operational excellence, and strategic execution initiatives across the financial services industry, he leads the firm's enterprise transformation efforts, helping shape and execute strategic priorities that enhance organizational effectiveness, accelerate innovation, and support HarbourVest's continued growth. Working closely with executive leadership, Rich oversees a broad portfolio of business, operational, technology, and data initiatives designed to strengthen the firm's capabilities and create long-term value.
Prior to joining HarbourVest in 2016, Rich held senior leadership roles at The Hartford Financial Services and Bank of America, where he led enterprise-scale transformation programs spanning multiple lines of business.
Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clarkson University.
