About Simon
Simon Kotzeff joined HarbourVest in 2019 and is a member of the Firm’s Commercial Operations team. Simon is focused on supporting and enabling the overall Investor Relations strategy and providing operational support to the entire Investor Relations organization. His responsibilities include working alongside the Global Head of IR and Account Managers to build and lead the commercial operations organization.
Simon joined the Firm from Access Information Management, where he was most recently a vice president of sales strategy and operations. At Access, Simon was responsible for leading revenue-generating initiatives with go-to-market strategy, sales enablement and technology capabilities. Prior to this, he was a case team leader at Bain & Company.
Simon received a BA in Economics from Harvard College in 2007 and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2013.
