We start by sourcing more than 1,000 direct co-investment deals per year. Our team utilizes its network of some of the top private equity managers globally to invest alongside them in compelling transactions across venture, growth equity, and buyout transactions as well as across a diversified set of industries and geographies. Importantly, we have the ability to invest $10 million to $350+ million per transaction, allowing us the flexibility to invest across a variety of deal sizes.

Our dedicated team evaluates opportunities alongside lead general partners with the goal of creating a well-diversified portfolio, selectively investing in just 6% of deals sourced, on average, per year.
