Phillip Robinson joined HarbourVest’s Accounting Investment team in 2025, focusing on valuation leadership, governance and methodology, and stakeholder reporting. His responsibilities include directing the valuation process for evergreen portfolios, developing frameworks to ensure consistency and compliance, and presenting insights to senior leadership and investors to support strategic decision-making.
His prior experience includes serving as Vice President Controller Investment Accounting, at FM Global, where he led the investment accounting team through a system transition from CAMRA to Clearwater Analytics. He also spent fourteen years at PWC in various roles, including Senior Manager for Asset Management, where he led planning and execution of fund audits across traditional and alternative investments.
Phillip graduated from Dalhousie University with a BCom in Business, Commerce and Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
