About Analia

Analia Graham joined HarbourVest in 2021 and focuses on driving the functional workstreams inclusive of the day to day relationship management to ensure the strategic goals of the partnership are met. 

Analia supports the Head of the Vanguard account in managing the relationship across all priority initiatives, partners with HVP portfolio managers working on the Vanguard offering to drive key fund activities, and collaborates with operations and technology teams to ensure solutions are scalable and can support continued growth. Prior to joining the firm Analia was an executive director at JPMorgan where she served as a Program Manager leading a global implementation for a Middle Office Asset Manager. Before assuming this role, Analia lead the Boston Regional Office – Investor Services Department servicing Alternative Investment clients and High-Net Worth investors in the Hedge and Private Equity space. 

Analia brings financial services expertise in leading operational teams, managing client relationships as well as initiatives in strategy, technology transformation, design, and implementation of global operating models.

Analia received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Rutgers University. 

Continuation solutions encompass a host of transaction types in which a GP secures interim liquidity and/or additional primary capital for their LPs in a strongly performing asset, or set of assets, that the GP will continue to own and control. Specifically, they include continuation funds, new funds created by GPs for the purpose of acquiring the asset(s) that continue to be managed by the same GP and capitalized by one or several secondary buyers, or equity recapitalizations involving a direct equity or structured equity investment into a portfolio company. These transactions can also include a parallel investment from the GP’s latest fund into that same pool of assets (a “cross-fund trade”).
