Chris Long joined HarbourVest in 2022 and is responsible for developing and delivering a full complement of human capital solutions to maximize individual and team performance across multiple organization functions.
Chris is an accomplished senior human resources leader with demonstrated expertise across the spectrum of HR functions in global organizations. Chris joined the firm from PennyMac Financial Services, Inc., where he was Senior Vice President, Human Resources.
Chris received his Master of Studies in Law, Business Law & Compliance from Wake Forest University School of Law, a Master of Arts, Labor & Employment Relations and a Bachelor of Arts degree, Political Science from the University of Illinois, and Certificate in General Management from the Anderson Graduate School of Business, UCLA.
