Kim Stokes joined HarbourVest Partners in 2022 and leads the firm’s global marketing technology and operations across the business. She focuses on driving transformation across the marketing tech stack and content supply chain, overseeing operations, analytics, digital, paid media, design, and enablement to ensure seamless execution across channels and regions for clients and audiences.
With more than 20 years of marketing experience, her prior experience includes senior marketing leadership roles across biotech, healthcare, technology, and consumer-packaged goods. Kim previously served as head of marketing at a biotech firm, where she was responsible for brand development, marketing strategy, and cross-functional go-to-market planning. She also held the role of head of digital and media at Boston Beer Company, supporting its portfolio of brands.
Kim graduated from the University of Phoenix Online with an MBA in Business Administration and from Middlebury College with a BA in International Politics and Economics and Mandarin Chinese. She brings deep global expertise, having spent seven years working in Beijing.
