Kristina Alabado joined HarbourVest in 2023 and is a member of the Client Experience organization. As process lead for the quarterly valuation and reporting process, Kristina oversees the cross-functional creation and production of fund valuations, client reporting, and marketing materials. Kristina also serves as the process transformation and continuous improvement advocate where she collaborates with the Enterprise Continuous Improvement team and project leads to identify opportunities to scale, change process, and enhance quality. Kristina joined HarbourVest from Jordan Park Group where she served as Head of Client Operations and brings 10+ years of private markets experience spanning client onboarding, lifecycle management, and client reporting. Prior to Jordan Park, Kristina held several leadership roles with Partners Group in Denver, Singapore and Manila, where she was Head of Office for the services hub in the Philippines. Kristina earned her MA in International Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and her BS in Economics from the University of the Philippines Diliman.
