Michelle Han joined HarbourVest in 2025 to lead the firm’s marketing team and function outside of the US. She focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance the firm’s brand, drive client engagement, and support business growth across non-US markets.
Her prior experience includes serving as Global Head of Growth and Digital Marketing at Schroders Investment Management, where she defined the firm’s growth strategy and expanded its digital marketing capabilities globally. Before that, she was Head of Marketing, APAC, at Schroders. Earlier in her career, she held senior marketing roles at Capital Group and Hewlett Packard in APAC.
Michelle graduated from the National University of Singapore with a BBA. She also earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and from the University of Melbourne.
